On gérait tout sur Excel et par téléphone, avec les erreurs que ça implique. Aujourd'hui mes techniciens ont leur planning et l'historique des équipements sur mobile, même sans réseau. Les rapports partent au client signés en fin d'intervention. On a arrêté de courir après les infos.
Ce qui a fait la différence pour nous, c'est la gestion des contrats de maintenance préventive. Les visites se planifient sans qu'on y pense, on ne rate plus une échéance et on justifie chaque passage auprès du client. La mise en route a été rapide et le support répond vraiment.
